I’m starting to think furniture is in the blood – first from my father at Bricolage, and secondly from my Dutch half. Every time I find a new great chair renovator – Leslie Oschmen, Gesellig, a bunch of others I’m still to write posts on, they turn out to be…. Dutch.
I found All the Luck in the World during a random google search, and when I found my way to the Dutch designer’s site, it was to discover a pair of stools that hadn’t quite persuaded me when featured on DesignSponge a few months back.
While that pair were a little busy for my taste (Yes, I know, I can’t believe I’m saying it either??) this one was juuuuuuuuuuuust right. The right form, the right depth of colour, the right shouldn’t-be-used-in-upholstery-except-like-this woolly blanket.
